Book trailers.
Authors love them. It’s so fun to see our vision (kind of) come to life! But readers—do YOU love them?
Let me give you an example.
Do things like that appeal to you? Does it make you want to read a book? Or do you just scroll by them when you see them on your social media timeline?
I’m so curious.
I’d love to hear your opinion! Drop a comment below and let me know what you think! I have a lot of books coming soon and I don’t know if I should spend the energy having a trailer made. 🙂

Crave’s Release Day will be announced this weekend! Stay tuned. 🙂
I lurrrrrv book trailers! I use them to inspire me to read a book, to envision a book I’m currently reading, or recap what I’ve already read. Wish there more of them!
Honestly, I rarely watch them. I prefer to play them out in my mind. I will say that graphics absolutely catch my attention and I love those!
Sometimes I will watch book trailers. It really depends on the book for me. I’d definitely watch yours though.
I prefer teasers to trailers. I’m not usually somewhere I could watch them outloud, and I honestly don’t get a sense for the book from them. I love graphics and pictures, and a snappy little blurb. Gets me every time!
I am not yet into the visual trailers. I still prefer the blurbs.
I don’t find them that intriguing. I’d much rather read a good blurb that gives me a feel of the book and what to expect. Thinking about it trailers never seem to match up to either the book or how see the characters.
I like book trailers, they definitely pique my interest.
